Account and Subscription

This documentation is intended to provide users with all the necessary information to manage their personal account.

Accessing Your Personal Space​

Your personal space is accessible at any time by clicking on the first icon in the top bar of the website.

This personal space is linked to a unique email address. The "My Account" button allows you to access your personal space.

Personal Space​

Two main types of information are available from the personal space:

  • Your personal information: email and password
  • Your subscription information: total storage included in your subscription and currently used storage

You can modify your password and subscription information at any time.

Changing your subscription information automatically redirects you to a Stripe web page where you will find the payment method currently associated with your account, billing information, and your billing history.

Subscription​

Each subscription provides different benefits related to the available storage capacity on the platform. You can check your maximum storage limit, currently used storage, and upgrade your subscription from the personal space.
